Hello, I’m Ty and I joined RQA in April but really dove into the program in July. Jenni has really set everything up for me to be successful, from the Program lectures ,E-Book, and her live hands-on experiences. I jumped into the market in November and landed my 1st offer on January 23 , and I will be starting 100% remote $40 hr. I also utilized Lori resume service and TMAY . I’m so excited for my new journey and I still reference my materials to learn and refresh.

First I just want to start off by saying Thank you Jenn for even believing in yourself to make such an awesome program for others. I started Road to Qa so that I could better my life and my family life.

We own a trucking company and trucking is just so up and down, so I wanted something stable that would keep my family lifestyle the same. I purchased the course on July 1, 2022 and ended up getting Covid, so I didn’t start studying until July 13 2022.

The breakdown of the course is awesome. The videos on jira are definitely a blessing because that is what 80% of tech companies use, so it definitely puts you ahead. I was also a part of the first beta program, which was awesome. It was hands on QA assignments.

I finished studying around the first week of September. I put myself on the market  on September 12. I got my first interview that week also. I was super nervous, but the more interviews the better you will get.

I got my first job offer in the first week of October 2022. Jenn program has opened my eyes to the opportunity of being a manual QA tester and beyond. I am forever grateful to you Jenn, this is the first class I have bought( I bought a million) that has actually paid off and changed my life! My sister, my mom's neighbor and also a friend of mine have either taken the course or they are taking it now. I only tell people who are going to be serious about changing their lives.

What I love about this offer is that a lot of times we focus on the higher offers however, you have to remember that you can also land an entry level positions that allow you to get your feet in and then after three months of working you now have experience to go back into the market to even go for more. I know a lot of you are looking for $75k+ plus. But if you are coming from under $20 per hr, making a career shift into this can give you experience to be positioned to land the next one higher! Meaning you NOW have a career plan with future opportunities and lifestyle flexibility.
She is coming from $42k in office from her last job that she hated but was was not currently employed as she wanted a change. They wanted to give her $45k she negotiated for $48k and she all remote! And it’s direct hire, 401k and benefits!!!!!! Can we say win, win, win!!

She is a mom and a wife. Her and her husband also has a trucking company but it started to turn with the market causing stress, having to overwork and take home more.
Her goal was she just wanted to still be able to LIVE while they rebuild the business in the current market but so she can still have a good financial lifestyle to enjoy in the meantime!
See, sometimes trying to be an entrepreneur can bring more on us, everyday isn’t always green.
It’s nothing like trying to be an entrepreneur and stuck in survival mode, and can’t your current bills.
This isn’t a step back… THIS IS A STRATEGIC COME UP for her and her family.
They can still work on the business but not have to depend on the business for there lifestyle and still enjoy life while she works remote to support.
